Description

This is episode 208 of You, Me, and BTC – your liberty and Bitcoin podcast.
As the Bitcoin price continues to soar to mind-boggling heights, some people just have to kill the buzz. There are plenty of tweeps out there who look for every possible opportunity to discredit crypto, likely because they feel bitter for never investing in it.
To be fair, there’s absolutely nothing wrong with criticism. We need to be able to take it, and that’s exactly what we’re going to do today. We’ll walk through and respond to some of the most popular Bitcoin “problems” that have made the rounds lately.
For example: Neo-Nazis use Bitcoin. Steam quit accepting Bitcoin for video games and related digital content. Bitcoin uses more energy than entire countries. We’ll cover all that and more in this episode.
Catch the livestream tonight at 9PM Eastern and check the list below for some of the specific stories we’ll cover!
Neo-Nazi wealth is rapidly growing. Why? Bitcoin.
Steam is no longer supporting Bitcoin
Steam drops Bitcoin support due to volatility and $20 transaction fees
How much energy does bitcoin mining really use? It’s complicated

  • Hi All, Does anyone on here know of any websites or apps where you can earn or make bitcoin? The reason I ask is because I hear about people who were conned out of earning bitcoin so just to ask if you know of any genuine websites and apps?

  • And we thought we were excited when ETH was 2.00 USD per ETH. 10 USD and up! Market cap is larger than all other crypto-currencies combined (minus BTC). Wouldn’t be surprised to see some pullback for a bit while short term traders take profits. https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/ethereum/ https://coinmarketcap.com/
