Net Neutrality
What do you guys think of this TC article? Is it on the mark?
I don’t think so, but I’m sorry to say that I can’t explain the reasons why myself, but it’s clear to me that most people don’t understand the real danger of letting the U.S. government regulate the internet; Unlawful Content.
There are two clips here that you might wish to listen to. They’re from the NoAgenda Podcast (noagendashow.com) and if you click on a link it will start playing straight away. Spacebar to pause/play. The volume is loud. About 20-25mins each of listening and I think they’re worth listening to. There’s a bit of waffle at the beginning of each but it get interesting after that:

One of the other things that the likes of Tech Crunch and EFF don’t seem to understand is just why the FCC and the U.S. Government want Net Neutrality. Censorship. Every version of the rules that are proposed to provide Net Neutrality always contains the words “unlawful content”. The EFF & Tech Crunch and the Media never pick up on this. If they can get the FCC to regulate the internet then they can censor whatever they like, and the internet content does not have to be illegal, just “unlawful” and just who gets to decide and determine what’s unlawful? The FCC. So they lawful content won;t be slowed down, but UNLAWFUL content will be, or stopped completely, if they can.
