Unused Equipment
I have been searching for local donations, with too few results. I am in need of second hand computer, video, and audio recording equipment for use in the Grand Rapids Voice group, but I have exhausted my own resources. I don’t want to ask anyone to sacrifice on my account, but if anyone has old, unused items just taking up space, I can put them to good use, and would greatly appreciate the help.
Mike, I’m not near Grand Rapids, but what does your group do?
It started out as a simple group of mostly conservatives meeting twice a month to discuss the out of control spending and lawlessness of the local governments. In November, I agreed to work with them, and set up a website and social media outlets to spread the word.
As time went on, we are gradually taking a more liberty oriented set of views. We are still in the education phase, though, attempting to point out the problems with local government.
Ultimately, we hope to gradually inform the people to the extent that we can introduce more ideas about being involved, shrinking the government, and ultimately, at least a partial privatization.

I thought I’d say something here, in case anyone has any old equipment sitting in a closet or a basement, especially AV equipment I can use for interviews and things such as police stops.
I have already been fortunate enough to find a few writers to allow me to use their material, which has also been a great help.
