It must be way for fun being Ron Paul the pundit, than Ron Paul , the candidate.
The fact that he was unelectable as a presidential candidate says great things about Dr. Paul, and less great things about the electorate.

@rrule Yeh, people don’t like liberty very much these days, or they are too use to using force and theft on their neighbors.

@marchella In fact Ms. Marchella, liberty is more popular today than ever before. This is in some substantial measure due to the efforts of Dr. Ron Paul.

@rrule I can see in ways that’s the case, Ron Paul’s influence and ideas are being absorbed into the msm political lexicon more and more which is a good thing. However I see a weird fusion of “liberty” and the expansion of the state with nationalism…it’s crazy!

@adamjohnson I would not vote for Ron Paul if he ran for president again. Once I realized what voting and democracy was then I couldn’t in good conscience be complicit in a system based upon violence, theft and force.

@marchella But wouldn’t the system Ron would try to usher in be superior to what we have now? If we can make it better by a huge margin (hypothetically if Ron were president) shouldn’t we?

Had the good fortune to see Dr. Paul in Las Vegas a few weeks back. In fine form, and as always, a crowd pleaser.

I miss seeing Ron, and then I see the current candidates, and I really miss him!

I should also add when we did #AntiwarHaiku and #TaxationIsTheft this year people gained a ton of new followers and the realm of influence increased on social media.
