How about authors warn us when comments will be moderated at the bottom of your article, so we can all determine if its worth the risk of our precious time to assemble critical comments that may never see the light day?

I don’t want anyones comments to be moderated as long as they are relative to the content.

Hi Lee. I’ve had a few of my comments delayed with a message like, “your post is awaiting moderation,” but they all show up eventually. Have you actually had posts disappear?
If you have, that is just wrong, and some kind of notice ought to be made that comments are moderated. It is dishonest not to supply such a notice.

Yep, there it is. Thanks. I had looked for it shortly after posting it. When I posted it, I noticed it was above some posts you had made. When I looked again soon after, it was gone from that position. I guess I should have scrolled down. My bad and I apology for jumping to such an accusatory but wrong conclusion.
